However, gone are the days when certificates really gave jobs. graduates should try other available means.

2. Little or no work experience.

Many young graduate spend their school years partying or doing other things that wasting thier time instead of learning work and little jobs.

They have no job experience, yet all the jobs out there requires that they have no job experience if you want to apply. So they can’t get a job because they have no experience and in order to get a job, they need a job for work experience, but they can’t get a job without work experience and the cycle viciously continues.

Graduates needs to have skills and one of the most desired skills is computer or technological skills. Learning these types of technological skills will always be in your best interest because companies leverage technology in their offices in order to be more efficient, and if you can integrate well with that, you’ve got something good going for you.
